Promoting ASRHR and MHM through Education Interactive Sessions

The Afyaplus 3rd WASH Gala was held on March 24th, 2023, in the Masiti Grand Hall of Gangilonga in the Iringa region, with stakeholders from different sectors collaborating to improve WASH services in Iringa. The event was graced by the Guest of Honor, the Deputy Minister for Water, Eng. Maryprisca Mahundi, who was accompanied by other officials from the Ministry of Water and Ministry of Health. The theme of the WASH Gala was “It’s Either Water or Water”, emphasizing the importance of water and the need to preserve it. The event aimed to raise funds to construct hand washing stands/stations in 30 schools within the five councils of the Iringa region.
