Afyaplus Organization, in a wonderful collaboration with Lyra in Africa, has embarked on a transformative one-month program. Our focus is to provide comprehensive Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) training for female students in nine secondary schools located in Iringa. These schools include Lundamatwe Secondary School, Nyang’oro Secondary School, Lulanzi Secondary School, Maduma Secondary School, Madege Secondary School, Mlowa Secondary School, Ilambilole Secondary School, Ifwagi Secondary School, and Mazombe Secondary School.
Our mission is to empower these young girls with essential knowledge, equipping them with the tools and understanding needed to effectively manage menstruation and overcome the associated challenges. This partnership with Lyra in Africa has allowed us to address this critical issue with dedication and enthusiasm. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Lyra in Africa for joining hands with us on this significant endeavor.
