Afyaplus hosted a group of visitors
The following day, Afyaplus had the honor of hosting a distinguished group of visitors from the TAWASANET Secretariat, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Water, and the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups. These esteemed guests visited the Afyaplus headquarters to learn more about our community initiatives and management strategies. During their visit, our guests had the opportunity to observe the “Water in School” project at Saba Saba Primary School, which aims to improve WASH services. They also visited the Safe Pad Lab Project at Lugalo Secondary School, an initiative dedicated to providing reusable sanitary pads to support girls’ education by addressing menstrual hygiene management.
